Planning Fee includes:
This non-refundable planning fee covers my time in researching, planning and arranging services with my on-site suppliers. When you retain my services as your trusted travel advisor, we get to work re-confirming all reservations, sending you detailed confirmation materials, requesting exclusive upgrades and perks, and acting as your advocate before, during, and after your trip. If you wish to proceed, please select agreed. We will begin upon receipt.

- Upon Request, accompany you and your group to assist with and coordinate event activities (i.e. Contracted services when resources are available).

Weddings
Some of our plans includes:

- 45 minute complimentary Discovery Call to consult with you about your plans for the destination wedding.
- Conduct the necessary research to offer you a range of options in terms of destinations, resorts/ships, and wedding package services/inclusions
- Investigate and confirm wedding dates and ceremony/reception locations with your chosen suppliers
- Obtain on your behalf price quotes from travel suppliers
- Research and discuss with you any legal marriage requirements if applicable (though you will be ultimately responsible for completing any required steps or paperwork such as document shipping fees, translations, and notarizations)
- Initiate contact for you with any on-site wedding coordinators and serve as a liaison between you through the wedding date
- Communicate promptly with you via telephone, email, or other means to answer questions and handle issues that arise
- Discuss the destinations, times of year, themes, ceremony styles and colors, and activities you envision
- Coordinate special events for the wedding party and wedding guests as needed (e.g., spa appointments, excursion bookings, receptions)
- Share travel details with guests and arrange their trips
- Collect and make payments for the group, bride, and groom
- Create a website for bride and groom for payments
- Collect and submit all documents to selected transportation service, wedding coordinator, and selected vendor
- Plan and book the honeymoon, if applicable
- Create an email sequence platform to send out communication to your guest.
- Arrange All travel plans for destination wedding couples & guest attending the wedding including resort accommodations, airport transportation, travel insurance, and preplanned tours
- Set up zoom meeting prior to departure to go over itinerary and answer any questions from the guest
- Complete documents in a timely manner for all vendors, wedding coordinators etc.

Excluding Air-only, my agency has non-refundable trip design and planning fees starting at of $100. This covers our proven planning process, concierge services, and comprehensive support as you travel. Under certain circumstances (i.e. promos, customer loyalty rewards, etc.) we may waive the fee. All fees are non-refundable and DO NOT apply to the cost of your trip. All credit card purchases are subject to credit card processor fees.

If you are a previous client of ours, you will receive one complimentary quote which includes one destination. Additional quotes or changes to the complimentary quote will adhere to the prices above. All travel services quotes are nontransferable and non-refundable.
