What do I do if an issue arise while I am in destination?
Please notify the front desk on the property. They will be better to assist you for an immediate resolution. Contact the agency with the emergency number that has been given to you prior to your vacation.
Can the agency transportation service provide additional service to the clients other than what has been arranged with the agency?
No. All transportation, excursions, and/or activities must be done through the agency unless other arrangements has been discussed at the discovery call. The agency transportation service is only responsible for service made through the agency. Any additional services warranted by the client must be done through the agency.
Can I arrange transportation through your agency if I decide to stay an additional day and those reservation on my own?
We are only responsible for the reservations that may include transportation to and from the location on the date and reservations that has been made through our agency. Any reservations that is made by the client outside of the reservation is responsible for their own transportation
If there is a group booking, can someone apart of the group booking outside the agency?
Yes. However, the agency is not responsible for any communication to that individual(s) and they will not be included in any activities or arrangements that has been planned by the agency.
What is shared transportation?
Shared transportation is when you are sharing a van with people you may or may not know.
What is private transportation?
It is an arranged transportation made specific for you? Can I share this transportation with my family or friends? Yes, only if they are arriving and departing from the same location on the same date and time. If you choose to share, we need to know in advance to make those arrangements.
How will I make my payments with your agency?
You will have the option of automatic monthly payments are monthly invoicing. Can I make additional payments on my trip. Yes. please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the desired amount.
What happens if my room mate cancels?
If your roommate cancels, we will adjust your booking to reflect the updated changes to the booking. Also, it will be the responsibility of the person cancelling to notify their roommate.
Can I do al la carte with the packages on your website?
Yes and No! We allow al la carte for group trips that is hosted by the client. We NSpire Travel group packages doesn't allow al la carte. The package is sold as is
When do I receive my itinerary?
You will receive your itineraries less than 30 day prior to departure.
